PURPOSE: A multi-purpose clip is provided to change the shape thereof according to the necessity of a user by making the multi-purpose clip be shaped easily through the provision of elasticity to the clip. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose clip includes a left portion(12) that is formed by winding an elastic material in a left direction, a right portion(11) the is formed by winding the elastic material in the direction opposite to the left direction; a right-wing(20) that is deviated certain distance toward inner or outer part from the left portion; and a left-wing(30) that is deviated certain distance toward inner or outer part from the right portion.
