PURPOSE: A prefabricated artificial fish reef using waste is provided, which improves productivity by simple production process and obtains durability by improving the mechanical strength of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated artificial fish reef using waste includes a frame combined in the rectangular shape. The frame comprises upper frames(11,12) and subframes(11',12') which are arranged to face each other; a perpendicular frame(13) which supports the edge in which the upper frame and subframe come in contact with each other at the constant interval; and an edge fixation bracket(20) which fixes the edge in which the upper frame and subframe come in contact with each other. The artificial fish reef of the hexahedron structure is assembled by combining brackets with the edge of the frames. Through-holes(30) are arranged in the front and back surface of the frame body at the constant interval.
