<p>The invention relates to a planetary reducing gear of very high transmission ratio and reduced gauge, meant to align the driving motor characteristics with the characteristics of the working machine in various fields, such as: metallurgy, machine building, lifting equipments a.s.o. According to the invention, the planetary reducing gear comprises an intake shaft (1) fixed to a satellite-holder (2) by means of some screws (3), continuing by some satellite gears (4) engaging with a central fixed wheel (5) and a central gear wheel (6) integral with an output shaft (10), the three satellite gears (4) being equally spaced, where one satellite gear (4) is made of one piece and the other two satellite gears are made of two pieces, the two pieces of each satellite gear (4) being made integral with a shaft (11) by means of a parallel wedge (14) and some truncated cone-shaped rings (15) locked by means of a nut (16), the two-part construction of the two satellite gears (4) making possible the engagement of the three satellite gears (4) with the central gear wheels (5 and 6), moreover, the engagement being made possible by the difference of teeth number between the central fixed wheel (5) and the central gear wheel (6), which is of one tooth, i.e. the gearings made of the satellite gears (4) with the central fixed wheels (5) and the satellite gears (4) with the central gear wheels (6) have the same distance between the axes, by applying a height correction system in the gearing formed by the satellite gears (4) with the central fixed wheels (5) the distance between the axes remaining constant and by applying an angular correction system in the gearing formed by the satellite gears (4) with the central gear wheels (6) the distance between the axes being changed, the satellite gear (4) having thereby the same toothing correction coefficient in both gearings it takes part in.</p> |
