An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an organic light emitting element on a substrate; a first inorganic layer on the organic light emitting element; a first buffer layer on the first inorganic layer; a second buffer layer on the first buffer layer; a moisture absorbent located between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer; and a second inorganic layer on the second buffer layer. Since the moisture absorbent is arranged between the first buffer layer and the second buffer layer, pressure is not directly applied to the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer and thus crack occurrence of the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer is reduced even if the moisture absorbent absorbs moisture to be expanded. Accordingly, durability of the organic light emitting display device can be improved. |
