A laser sintering device and a sintering method. The laser sintering device comprises: a laser sintering head (10), used for outputting a laser towards a material part to be sintered arranged on an apparatus to be sintered, and implementing laser sintering; and a heating apparatus (20), used for implementing heating of the material part to be sintered and/or the sintered material part before and/or after the laser sintering head (10) implements laser sintering. By means of the heating apparatus (20), pre-heating of the material part to be sintered on the apparatus to be sintered may be implemented before laser sintering, and/or annealing processing of the sintered material part may be implemented after laser sintering, thus reducing the temperature difference before and during laser sintering, and/or reducing the speed of the temperature decrease after laser sintering, and thereby reducing the stress to which the material to be sintered and the apparatus to be sintered are subject, and preventing cracking or breakage of the apparatus to be sintered caused by shrinkage stress. |
