A composition for forming solar cell electrodes comprises: silver powder; glass frit including tellurium and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is 150 to 300°C; an organosilane compound; and an organic vehicle. The composition for forming solar cell electrodes introduces the organosilane compound to manufacture a solar cell electrode having a fine line width and a high aspect ratio, thereby allowing the solar cell electrode to have a high short circuit current (I_sc), low serial resistance (R_s), excellent conversion efficiency and an excellent fill factor value.
