The present invention relates to a lighting rocking chair using a piezoelectric element to generate the electricity by stimulating the piezoelectric element when the rocking chair is moved in forward and backward directions by a user, to turn on a lighting provided on the rocking chair for the user convenience. According to the present invention, the lighting rocking chair using the piezoelectric element comprises a power generation unit (20), a rocking chair (30), a lighting unit (40), and a control unit, to stimulate the piezoelectric element (21) of the power generation unit (20) by the rocking chair (30) to generate electricity. As such, the lighting rocking chair can reduce an additional use of the electricity without polluting the environment, and provide lighting where a chair can be placed especially for an energy scarce region.
