Provided are an OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and an OLED display device. The OLED display panel comprises a light-emitting layer (ER), the light-emitting layer (ER) comprising white sub-pixels (W) and colour sub-pixels, wherein the size of the white sub-pixel (W) is equal to the sum of the sizes of at least two colour sub-pixels, and the number of the colour sub-pixels is less than the number of primary colours forming a colour; and the OLED display panel further comprises a colour film (CF), the colour film (CF) comprising colour stop blocks matching the colour sub-pixels, wherein the colour stop blocks are provided on one side of the light-emitting layer (ER) facing a display side and are in positions corresponding to the positions where the white sub-pixels (W) are located. By means of the provided OLED display panel, the qualities of the OLED display panel and the display device can not only be improved, but one mask evaporation process can also even be reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency, and thus increasing economic benefits.
