摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for a secondary battery that enables presence or absence of the short circuit of the second battery to be inspected using a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: The inspection method for a secondary battery is provided in which: a first magnetic sensor 2 measuring an intensity of a magnetic field including a magnetic field generated by a secondary battery 7 and an environmental magnetic field, and a second magnetic sensor 3 measuring an intensity of the environmental field are arranged in a magnetically shielded box 1; a voltage across the secondary battery 7 is held at a first voltage and magnetic field intensities are measured by the first magnetic sensor 2 and second magnetic sensor 3; the voltage across the secondary battery 7 is changed to a second voltage and magnetic field intensities are measured by the first magnetic sensor 2 and second magnetic sensor 3; and a difference between measurement results of the first magnetic sensor 2 and second magnetic sensor 3 during the measurement at the first voltage and a difference between measurement results of the first magnetic sensor 2 and second magnetic sensor 3 during the measurement at the second voltage are compared with each other to determine the presence or absence of the short circuit in the secondary battery 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
