PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine, which has a configuration in which changeover of water flow and changeover of opening/closing operation of a drain valve can be performed by rotatably operating one rotary member, having a configuration which does not require separate energization means for returning an interlocking member to a predetermined position.SOLUTION: A washing machine includes: a rotary member; a cam groove provided at the rotary member and having a groove part for water flow changeover and a groove part for opening/closing a drain valve which is connected to this; a fixed side guide groove provided so as to cross the cam groove; a drain valve operation part provided at the rotary member; a washing timer having a rotatable lever for water flow changeover; and an interlocking member in which one end part is rotatably connected to the lever for water flow changeover, and an insertion part of the other end part is movably inserted into the cam groove and the fixed side guide groove. In a region where the groove part for water flow changeover of the cam groove moves the insertion part of the interlocking member by the rotation operation of the rotary member, water flow changeover is performed by rotating the lever for water flow changeover via the interlocking member, and in the region where the groove part for opening/closing a drain valve rotates with the insertion part of the interlocking member being left, the drain valve is made to open/close by the drain valve operation part. |
