The thermoplastic elastomeric compostion (I) comprises: (A) 25-85 wt.% chlorinated polyolefin (B) a graft copolymer having 65-90 wt.% (w.r.t. (B)) of rubber substrate (II). (I) has a Shore A hardness of less than 90, at least 200% elongation (ASTM D638-89) at a crosshead speed of 20 inches/min) and a tensile strength of at least 200 psi (ASTM D 638-89).
