A sprayer is regulated by controlling, as a function of processing parameters, flow of the spray liquid delivered by a set of jets (1). The size of the jet orifice is adjusted to increase or decrease flow through the jet. The operating parameters are processed by a microcontroller which electrically controls a piezo-electric actuator (5) adjusting the moving elements (3,4) in each jet.
