<p>A lighting device using an LED comprises an insulating transparent substrate (13) having first and second transparent conductors (11, 12) for wiring and mounting; an LED chip (14) mounted on the transparent substrate (13) with the first transparent conductor (11) connected to a back electrode; a wire (16) for connection between surface electrode (15) of the LED chip and the second transparent conductor (12); leads (17, 18) connected to ends of the first and second transparent conductors; and a transparent resin (19) that acts as a lens and covers part of the leads (17, 18) and the transparent substrates (13) with the LED chip (14). The lighting device is adapted to emit light in all or 360-degree directions.</p> |
