PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the drawback that wetting of the finger tips with saliva, wet non-woven fabric or wet towel and the like, as an effective means for making an opening for storage through an opening portion of a thin vinyl bag having right and left sides closely adhered to each other, is insanitary, that water of a requisite amount or more sticks frequently to the finger tips and water of such an amount obtainable to give a proper wet state cannot be supplied, and further that lotion is hard to discharge out of the bag gradually in a proper amount corresponding to each of individual persons. SOLUTION: This waterdrop drain container comprises a container main body for storing either water or lotion, a pump unit arranged in the container main body and a target item wetting means. Outer shape of the pump unit is constituted by a drain pipe and a drain liquid guiding pipe sliding in the drain pipe. The target item wetting means is arranged at the upper end of the drain liquid guiding pipe. A water absorbing member is arranged at the lower end of the drain liquid guiding pipe. Both a spring member and a ball are arranged at the lower part of the water absorbing member in the drain pipe. The target item wetting means has a depressing part cooperated with the drain liquid guiding pipe and a liquid acceptor pan.
