PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of decreasing unpleasant feeling of a vehicular occupant by a simple structure or method, and a vehicular air-conditioner control method. SOLUTION: In the vehicular air-conditioner, a cold air bypass opening portion 61 is provided between an evaporator 20 of an air-conditioning duct 11 and an air mix damper 40, and a cold air bypass duct 62 is provided from the cold air bypass opening portion 61 to a face duct 51. The cold air bypass duct 62 is provided with a cold air bypass damper 63. The cold air bypass opening portion 61 is provided upstream to a heater 30, so that air before warmed by the heater 30 enter the cold air bypass duct 62. Therefore, the face duct 51 blows off cold air even during heating, so that unpleasant feeling due to hot flash during heating can be decreased.
