PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cutting device in which cutting blades can normally go into and come out from the respective cutting blade inserting grooves of a corresponding cutting table and can achieve its function smoothly even if multiple long cutting blades of strip-shaped thin plates maintain the predetermined positional sizes and repeat cutting more. SOLUTION: The cutting device has a cutting blade support unit that supports multiple cutting blades of strip-shaped thin plates and a cutting table unit that has multiple cutting blade inserting grooves to accept the respective blade bodies of the cutting blade groups. A cutting mechanism is structured so as to cut a material like meat including fish meat together on the cutting table unit by inserting the cutting blades into the cutting blade inserting grooves. The cutting device has a cutting blade slide guide that guides the respective cutting blades so that the predetermined positional sizes of the respective cutting blades can be maintained.
