PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for supplying molten metal, which nozzle can prevent a disturbance of the surface of the molten metal in a molten metal vessel. SOLUTION: A nozzle trough 11 for receiving the molten metal 1 to be supplied between cooling rolls 6 is formed by a pair of longitudinal side walls 15 which intersect so as to make a sharp shape at their lower ends and a pair of end portion walls 19 continued to the longitudinal side walls 15. Apertures 23 passing through from the nozzle trough 11 toward the outside peripheral surfaces of the cooling rolls 6 are provided on the longitudinal side walls 15. Minute bubbles produced in the molten metal basin 10 are introduced upward along the longitudinal side walls 15 and are discharged outside the molten metal vessel 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
