<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix, in an inductance type non-contact rotation angle detector for use in a motor-driven throttle valve device or the like, a fixed side conductor and a circuit board to which an electronic circuit is fitted to a resin cover without using any adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: A TPS substrate as a circuit board and an electroconductor are electrically connected by press fitting to enable the circuit board and the electroconductor to be configured as one molded object of the same molding resin. This eliminates the need for preparing a metallic conductor (bonding wire) anew and dispenses with welding and soldering. Furthermore, by shielding the TPS substrate with the same material as the cover resin, the step of bonding the substrate to the cover is made dispensable, enabling the manufacturing cost to be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
