PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing adaptor which can be applied to a plurality of kinds of endoscopes having respectively different structures of an air-supply and water-supply valve, a suction valve, etc. SOLUTION: Two washing adapters 60 and 70 constituting a washing adapter unit 50 comprise: valve sleeves 61 and 71; and valve main bodies 62 and 72 provided slidably in an axial direction in the valve sleeves 61 and 71. and valve chambers 63 and 73 where first connection paths 64 and 74 constantly communicating with each other are formed. The valve chambers 63 and 73 are connected selectively with second connection paths 65 and 75 opening at both of the ends of the valve main bodies 62 and 72 and third connection paths 66 and 76. First fitting parts 68 and 78 are inserted respectively to a valve casing 21 and a valve guide, and second fitting parts 69 and 79 on an opposite side are inserted to a valve casing 42.
