METHOD FOR FABRICATING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to simultaneously reduce manufacturing costs and shortening a process time by eliminating the impurity particles of a powder and a particle shape which are generated on the surface of a silicon substrate without a separate additional process. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive silicon substrate(10) is prepared. A p-type semiconductor layer(11) is formed in the lower part of the substrate. A n-type semiconductor layer(12) is formed in the upper part of the substrate. A reflection preventing layer(13) is formed on the n-type semiconductor layer. A front electrode(14) is formed on the reflection preventing layer.
