摘要 A service interface method in a management server to provide a line connection service is provided to dynamically change a line connection state by enabling a line connection service subscriber to directly access a management server by using a public network, to confirm the state and port information of a line, and to directly make requests for the creation and release of a line. An optical transport network(300) for providing a line connection service is composed of a plurality of OXCs(Optical Cross Connection systems)(301,302), client equipments(310,320), and a management server(400). Each of the OXCs(301,302) contains an intelligent control plane, and dynamically executes a connection service for a transmission line. The client equipments(310,320) are routers, which can support a SONET/SDH(Synchronous Optical Network/Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) interface, or MSPP/ATM equipments, and have a UNI(User Network Interface)-C(Client) function. The management server(400) has an optical transport resource management function, a user account management function, and a UNI signaling trigger signal control function. If a change for line configuration is requested, the management server(400) creates a UNI signaling trigger signal and transmits it to a client equipment. The client equipment executes UNI signaling procedures for the creation and release of a line connection.
