Provided is a manufacturing method of a molded article containing charcoal to enhance ultraviolet radiation and to generate antibacterial and deodorant effects. The manufacturing method of a molded article comprises the steps of: preparing a molding material by mixing and milling 34-46wt.% charcoal and 54-66wt.% artificial graphite, adding 79-89wt.% mixture to 13-21wt.% phenol resin used as a binder in a mixer heated to 140deg.C, blending for 30-60 minutes, and cooling to mill again to 80-200 meshes; molding in a heating press mold filled with the molding material; performing a primary firing at 200-300deg.C for 1-3 hours; performing a secondary firing at 250-400deg.C for 10-20 hours; and performing surface treatment or surface coating to obtain a finished molded article. |
