PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver enabling a user to select a broadcasting channel desired by the user with a simple operation in a plurality of broadcasting channels in which one-touch key numbers are overlapped.

SOLUTION: A channel selection control part 106 performs switching of channels in accordance with the operation of a user inputting part 102. At least one of numeric keys is set so as to be able to instruct to select one or a plurality of broadcasting channels. When at least one of the plurality of numeric keys is set so as to be able to instruct to select the plurality of broadcasting channels, the channel selection control part 106 performs control so as to sequentially select the plurality of broadcasting channels allocated to the numeric key in accordance with an operation of the numeric key to which the plurality of broadcasting channels are allocated and performs control so as to change channel selection orders by a tuner 101 corresponding to the operation of the numeric key with the plurality of broadcasting channels allocated thereto.
