<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic dried food material by which the flavor/texture of the food material after recovery is improved, the nutrient composition is maintained, and the inexpensive organic dried food material capable of being safely/simply constituted, enabling long-term preservation even if the food material is sensitive to heat, and reusable as a resource is produced; and to provide an apparatus for producing the food material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the organic dried food material involves dehumidifying and drying the organic food material under a sunshine drying condition of ≤35°C and ≤45% relative humidity without adding heat. Especially, the divided organic food material is inserted to a drying chamber at ≤35°C in ≤45% relative humidity, and treated under the sunshine drying condition in batch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
