<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane adhesive composition for a dry laminate, which does not cause yellowing and whitening when using a ferric chloride solution and a sodium hydroxide solution at etching processing, and has sufficient adhesiveness when laminating a PET film and copper foil; and to provide a laminated film using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the polyurethane adhesive composition composed of polyisocyanate (A), and a polyol (B) which is obtained by making polyester polyol (b1) having at least one aromatic ring and aromatic polyisocyanate (b2) react with each other.
