FREE INTERFACE'S FLUCTUATION MEASUREMENT APPARATUS IN HEAT EXCHANGER OF FAST REACTOR AND METHOD USING THE SAME

A free liquid interface fluctuation measurement apparatus in a heat exchanger of a fast reactor and a method thereof are provided to prevent break down of a steam generator or reactor shut-down accident by sensing trace amount leak. A fluctuation measurement apparatus of a heat exchanger comprises: a sensor(130) which is mounted inside a heat exchanger(100), and senses the fluctuation at the free liquid interface of molten metal by using bubble; and a controller which is connected to the sensor and compares and analyzes the pattern of the set frequency with the frequency of the fluctuation and determines whether the working fluid is leaked or not. The pattern of the set frequency is one among frequency size, frequency and change transition of the frequency.
