摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spectrometer capable of performing the output with an output wavelength interval of a spectrum at an optional wavelength interval. SOLUTION: The spectrometer for obtaining spectra by dispersing an incident light with a diffraction grating and by receiving the dispersed light for each wavelength with a light receiving element array includes: the diffraction grating for diffracting the incident light; the light receiving element array in which a plurality of light receiving elements are disposed linearly; a focus lens for converging the dispersed light from the diffraction grating on the light receiving element array; and a wavelength interpolation processing means for calculating a light intensity at the center wavelength based on the light intensity received by one of the light receiving element or by 2 or more of the neighboring light receiving elements contained in a region within a 1/2 width of the wavelength pitch of the output data centered around the center wavelength of the output data.
