PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an application to an existing production line. SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device 1 is a device for inspecting articles, including an irradiation part 12, a light receiving part 13, a main body 11 and a supporting part 14. The irradiation part 12 irradiate an X-ray to an article P. The light receiving part 13 receives the X-ray transmitted through the article P. A delivery mechanism 16 for delivering the article P to the X-ray irradiation position P1 can be installed to the main body 11.
