PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold various apparatuses or fittings such as a monitor over a long period in a desired position of a user. SOLUTION: A load received to the whole arm is set to zero by making respective arms 21, 22 and 23 act in the lifting direction by a torsion coil spring 13 of respective hinge mechanisms 1 between respective parts of arms 21 and 22 and 23 and a fixing base 24 to force in the direction for lowering the respective arms 21, 22 and 23 by the load of the apparatuses, the fittings and the respective arms on the tip. The mutual respective parts of the arms 21, 22 and 23 and the fixing base 24 are held at an optional angle, and the optional angle between the respective parts of the respective arms 21, 22 and 23 and the fixing base 24 is also pressed down and fixed by frictional resistance action of a resin washer 14 of the respective hinge mechanisms 1.
