SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING BAD PIXEL OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A system and method for repairing bad pixel of an organic light emitting diode display device are provided to repair a defective pixel completely instead of temporarily by projecting a laser on a dead pixel and make it dark. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a defective pixel detecting unit(130) detect a dead pixel and outputs a position of a dead pixel. A laser irradiation unit(170) irradiates a laser on a defective pixel and makes the defective pixel dark. A device driver(150) transfers the laser irradiation unit to the position of the defective pixel. A controller(110) includes a microprocessor and whole operations of the device. The position of the defective pixel is outputted as a coordinate at an organic light emitting diode.
