PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly is provided to manufacture a membrane electrode assembly having improved durability because the drainage of water and the supply of fuel are easy due to a catalyst layer thereof having natural pores, and to form a catalyst layer having various compositions easily. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a membrane electrode assembly for fuel cell comprises: a step of manufacturing a metallic catalyst or the same in a carbon system support, a polymer ionomer and an ink for forming a catalyst layer with solvent; a stem of drying the ink for forming a catalyst layer and manufacturing a powder for forming a catalyst layer by pulverizing the dried; and a step of spreading the powder for forming a catalyst layer to an electrolyte membrane(10) or an designated area of gas diffusion layers(50,51) and then forming catalyst layers(20,21) by heating and pressing the spread.
