PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of realizing energy saving throughout the year regardless of season and time zone.SOLUTION: The building is provided with: a first outside air intake 20 for taking in outside air 100 existing around a roof 10; a first outside air supply channel 21 for supplying the outside air 100 into the building; an inside air intake 30 for taking in inside air 200 existing in the building; an inside air discharge channel 31 for discharging the inside air 200 to the outside of the building; and heat exchange means 40 for performing heat exchange between the outside air supplied into the building and the inside air 200 flowing in the inside air discharge channel 31. It is preferable to install: a second outside air intake 22 for taking in outside air existing around a lower part of the building; a second outside air supply channel 23 for supplying the outside air into the building; and a channel switching means 50 for switching the outside air supplied into the building between the outside air 100 flowing in the first outside air supply channel 21 and the outside air flowing in the second outside air supply channel 23. |
