A data drive circuit, a drive method for a data circuit and an organic light emitting display having the data drive circuit. The data drive circuit has a data signal multiplexing structure, and further comprises a power supply line (50) for connecting a power supply (Vref) and second transistors (T2'…Tm') connected to the power supply line (50), wherein source electrodes of the second transistors (T2'…Tm') are electrically connected to the power supply line (50); grid electrodes of the second transistors (T2'…Tm') are electrically connected to the same line of a control line (Sel_1); and drain electrodes of the second transistors (T2'…Tm') are respectively connected to different signal lines (Dj'), with connection points being located between first transistors (T1…Tm) and a display region (40). By way of accessing a compensation power supply（Vref) in signal lines (D1'…Dm'), pixel units (11…nm) are initialized to reduce the influence of a stray capacitance in the pixel units (11…nm), so as to effectively improve response properties and display properties of an organic light emitting display apparatus applying same.
