The present invention is characterized by comprising: a sensor attachment body in which a first hole, a second hole, and a third hole are formed so as to be mutually separated in the lengthwise direction of a rod body made of metal; an X-direction sensor housed within one of the holes of the sensor attachment body, for detecting an X-direction vibrational component; a Y-direction sensor housed within one of the holes of the sensor attachment body, for detecting a Y-direction vibrational component; a Z-direction sensor housed within one of the holes of the sensor attachment body, for detecting a Z-direction vibrational component; a cylindrical sensor housing made of metal, for housing the sensor attachment body, and having a head part of conical shape at the distal end side and an end wall at the back end side; a pressure-fit pipe connected to the back end side of the sensor housing by a detachable attachment mechanism; and an extension pipe connected in-line to the pressure-fit pipe. |
