PURPOSE: A common notice editing apparatus and method thereof are provided to manage history information about a common notice and to edit a common notice. CONSTITUTION: An editing unit(120) edits a common notice. A management unit(130) manages history information about the edited common posting. A providing unit(110) supplies a user interface about editing the common notice. The providing unit provides edited common posting or history information.
