A microwave sensing antenna module comprising a substrate (3), a wave detecting mixer (35), and an oscillator (32). The substrate (3) is provided with a first lateral surface (3a). The first lateral surface (3a) is provided with a first area. The oscillator (32) is provided with an oscillator circuit structure (320) and a radiofrequency transistor (321) arranged thereon within the first area. The wave detecting mixer (35) is arranged on the first lateral surface (3a) and is provided with a wave detecting mixer circuit structure (350) and at least one wave detecting component arranged thereon. The oscillator circuit structure (320) comprises multiple structural segments (S1-S4). The structural segments (S1-S4) each comprise a curved part (C1-C4). Some of the structural segments (S1-S4) of the oscillator circuit structure (320) are connected to each other and some of the curved parts (C1-C4) are curved in the direction of the first area to be in proximity with or retracted from each other, thus greatly reducing the area to be occupied by the circuit layout. The microwave sensing antenna module is capable of reducing the overall size while ensuring effective microwave sensing. |
