Provided are: high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant (accession number: KCTC12719BP) obtained by gamma-ray irradiation; a method for preparing the high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant including a step of inducing a mutant by irradiating Pyropia yezoensis with radiation; a method for producing high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis including a step of culturing the high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis mutant; high temperature-resistant Pyropia yezoensis produced by the production method; and Pyropia yezoensis processed foods produced by using the Pyropia yezoensis. The Pyropia yezoensis mutant of the present invention can grow under various temperature conditions, thereby being able to be efficiently used as the Pyropia yezoensis suitable for increasing productivity of the Pyropia yezoensis.
