The present is to provide a solar cell with high efficiency. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the solar cell comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a first conductive area having a first conductivity, partially positioned on a front surface of the semiconductor substrate, and having a crystalline structure different from that of the semiconductor substrate; a second conductive area positioned on a rear surface of the semiconductor substrate, having a crystalline structure different from that of the semiconductor substrate, and having a second conductivity; a first electrode connected to the first conductive area; and a second electrode connected to the second conductive area. |
