According to the present invention, a CO_2 welding double wire reel is capable of rotating a reel rotary hub up to 180 degrees by mounting a reel rotary shaft on a shaft fixating plate wherein a welding wire reel is mounted; and fitting the reel rotary hub on an outer side of the reel rotary shaft, including a separation preventing fixating nut to prevent a separation of the reel rotary hub when the reel rotary hub rotates. When fixating a reel rotary shaft supporting and fixating plate wherein the welding wire reels are mounted to a left and a right surface of the reel rotary hub facing each other by rotating the reel rotary shaft supporting and fixating plate at 180 degrees while being mounted on a reel rotary hub; the reel rotary shaft supporting and fixating plate is fixated and installed in a spot where the holes of the reel rotary shaft and the reel rotary hub match up through a tap hole of a screw coupling hole (77). The CO_2 welding double wire reel in accordance with the present invention is capable of rotating at 180 degrees by mounting the two wire reels and a single wire supplying body to the surfaces of the reel rotary shaft facing each other of the shaft fixating plate wherein the welding wire reels used to supplying welding wires to a CO_2 welding device are mounted. In addition, the two wire reels are capable of being used on both sides by installing a separation preventing double reel stop pin and the double reel separation fixating nut. As such, the CO_2 welding double wire reel is capable of reducing a time required to replace the wire reels in the middle of welding and halt when welding, improving productivity at the same time. |
