FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanometer semiconductor instrument making and can be used in devices of spin electronics (spintronics) as spin filter. Spin filter operates as follows. In the open two-dimensional quantum point the charge carriers are injected. In the mode of spin filtration, conductivity of said quantum point in wide range of charge carriers energies is measured. One of narrow energy intervals ΔE, corresponding to Fano conductivity resonance of said quantum point, is selected in the measured range of energies, to impact on the charge carriers in quantum point by external magnetic field, value of which is determined based on the value of ΔE. Angle between the magnetic induction vector of the external magnetic field and central axis of quantum point is changed to control the degree of spin filtration.EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase of performance efficiency of spin filtration.4 cl, 2 dwg |
