<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet that is prevented from decreasing in magnet characteristics by finely sintering the whole magnet, and a method of manufacturing the permanent magnet. <P>SOLUTION: An organic metallic compound solution prepared by adding an organic metallic compound expressed by M-(OR)<SB POS="POST">x</SB>(where M is Dy or Tb, R is a substituent comprising carbon hydride and may be either a straight chain or a branch, and (x) is an arbitrary integer) is added to pulverized fine powder of a neodymium magnet to be stuck uniformly on particle surfaces of the neodymium magnet. Then the dried magnet powder is subjected to calcination treatment through plasma heating, and further the calcinated powdery body is baked after being molded to manufacture the permanent magnet 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
