Described is a device that includes three steel parts: a hollow steel cylinder welded to a flat base (A) and a metallic T (6, 7) formed by a smooth lever (6) welded to a threaded tube (7) (B) and fasteners (C). The operation process is performed by inserting the peels to be compressed and the water mass into the hollow cylinder (A). The compressor (B) is subsequently placed over the cylinder and fastened with hexagonal screws (4, 5, 6) (C). The metallic T (6, 7) is clockwise rotated until reaching a mechanic balance point. Finally, the compressor (C) is removed and the content (A) poured for continuing with the process for separating the water-oil mixture. |
