<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an input/output circuit for performing high speed transfer of digital signals in a small area, while ensuring EMI resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An output buffer 21 comprises transistors TP1 and TN1 connected between a power line and a ground line, and a resistor R1 connected between a node n1 and an input/output terminal 23. An output buffer 22 comprises transistors TP2 and TN2 connected between the power line and the ground line, and a resistor R2 connected between a node n2 and the input/output terminal 23. In a signal input mode, the output buffers 21 and 22 constitute one termination circuit, which, for example, turns on the transistors TP1 and TN2, and turns off the transistors TN1 and TP2, resulting in forming a current path flowing through the resistors R1 and R2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
