PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a chart paper in the focal depth of a concentration measuring optical system, and to execute accurate concentration measurement and highly accurate chart paper conveyance. SOLUTION: When concentration is measured, namely, when a color patch chart 202 is stopped, an actuator 254A of a solenoid 254 becomes in the withdrawn state. Hereby, a crimp plate 242 rotates the color patch chart around a shaft 246 by an energizing force of a compression coil spring 250 in the direction in which a crimp part 244 pushes up the color patch chart. Hereby, as the color patch chart 202 is surely thrust onto a thrust part 274 of a body 260, the focal depth is not deviated.
