PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a time when temperature in a load containing chamber is lowered to a cold insulation temperature even in a cold zone. SOLUTION: In a heat insulation chamber which includes a load containing chamber 1 having outer walls 3, 4 and cold insulation means 2 for insulating cold in the load containing chamber 1, a cold storage agent 10 is provided on the foregoing outer walls 3, 4 for absorbing cold heat from the outside. In a cold zone where fresh air temperature is lower than the cold insulation temperature in the load containing chamber 1 the cold storage agent 10 absorbs cold heat from the outside to prevent the outside cold heat from affecting the load containing chamber 1.
