The invention relates to a method for the preparation of a complex of bioactive substances with anabolic, adaptogenic and antibacterial activity by triple extraction of plant raw material with water at a ratio of raw material and extractant as 1:20 at constant temperature of 90 °C followed by filtration and boiling down of combined extracts up to obtaining dry powder. Iris pseudacorus rhizomes are subjected to extraction, first extraction is carried out at raw material: extractant ratio of 1:10 for 2 hours. Second extraction and third one are carried out at ratio of 1:5, each for 1 hour.
