Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition containing a polylactic acid as a component (i), a polyolefin as a component (ii) and a compatibilizer (a functional group-containing polymer having a functional group selected from the functional groups X mentioned below) as a component (iii). A functional group-containing hydrogenated diene polymer (iii-1) having one of the functional groups mentioned below and a functional group-containing olefin polymer (iii-2) having one of the functional groups mentioned below are contained as the component (iii).
