A computer-aided graphical subsystem is configured to provide an icon set, a design panel and a data model, wherein the icon set comprises at least two operation icons corresponding to respective ones of at least two operation packages each comprising at least one experiment operation; wherein the computer-aided graphical subsystem is further configured to write at least two operation packages and relationship therebetween in the data model to form an experiment flow based on instructions input by a user; wherein the design panel and the icon set are for guiding the user to input instructions of designing the experiment flow by displaying inreal time operation icons and relationship therebetween corresponding to operation packages and relationship therebetween in the data model. The experiment flow can be executed by an executing subsystem so as to control one or more experiment devices according to the experiment flow.
