<p>The procedure for the separation of a printable sheet (4), comprises rotatively punching the sheet in a printing machine into a usable blank (5) and a waste component (3), connecting the usable blank and the waste component with one another at support points, which are produced by discontinuities of a punching contour (1), splitting the support points, within the printing machine or in a post-processing unit that is linked to the printing machine by laser cutting using a laser device and then separating the usable blanks and the waste components from one another. The procedure for the separation of a printable sheet (4), comprises rotatively punching the sheet in a printing machine into a usable blank (5) and a waste component (3), connecting the usable blank and the waste component with one another at support points, which are produced by discontinuities of a punching contour (1), splitting the support points that connect the usable blanks and the waste components, within the printing machine or in a post-processing unit that is linked to the printing machine by laser cutting using a laser device and then separating the usable blanks and the waste components from one another. The usable blanks are separated from the waste components after splitting the support points. The waste component is removed from the production flow and disposed and the usable blanks are stacked up or led to another point of application by a conveying means. The printable sheet is inspected before or after the punching process by an image inspection system and/or color measuring device. Control signals for the laser-cutting device are obtained, such that the separation of the support points takes place only if each of the usable blanks is evaluated as defect-free by the image inspection system and/or the color measuring system. The usable blanks that are evaluated by the image inspection system and/or the color measuring system as defective, remain connected with the waste component by the support points in the punching contour and are disposed together. The waste margin of the printable sheet that remains after the punching out of the usable blanks, is transported to a staple of the sheet delivery of a printing machine or deflected by a curved sorting means. A signal is triggered for the removal of one or more sample sheet from the printing machine. The separation of the printable sheet is interrupted as a consequence of the signal for the number of sample sheets to be withdrawn. An independent claim is included for a device for the separation of a printable sheet.</p> |
