PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate loss time generated when installing winding original fabric. SOLUTION: This winding original fabric installing method uses a freely releasable fixing tool characterized by selecting so that a shaft core becomes the center with respect to the winding original fabric different in a paper width, when arranging the winding original fabric in a power cylinder before a printer paper feeding part.
